Yin & Yang symbol



Tai Chi Chuan means the Supreme Ultimate Fist. A soft-style martial arts developed from the Taoist philosophy of Yin and Yang or opposites, Tai Chi is practiced for both good health and self defence.


108 Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan

sequential forms are practiced slowly in a state of total relaxation, allowing vital energy or CHI to flow smoothly. everything is performed in a circular manner with the goal of achieving balance and tranquillity with every inbreath and every outbreath. This technique of subtle breathing and slow, continuous movement without strain through varied sequence of contrasting Forms creates stable vitality with calmness, balanced strength with flexibility, controlled energy and awareness.

this style i learned from my shifu francis is called Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan. These are the beginnings of the 108 Form that i practice every morning.

Parang we need to add darts to your outfitch...the top looks too loose, needs to be a little bit more tapered silhouette and the pant leg doesn't seem wide enough.

I know you're doing this for comfort and the outfit is meant to be a break from all materialistic desires but still, I'm sure palazzo pants would add even more comfort and facilitate with the oneness of yourself and nature, specially when it catches on the wind...also can we use diaphanous fabric? who says it has to be cotton?! Organza is just as comfortable...

@ misha: diaphanous is a frightening idea, chiken legs and vegetarian is incongrous and will not sit well in your subconscious. lol

@pipo: i wonder if it's the vegetarianism that's giving me an elephant's memory :) infinite apologies...

630 E. 2 cycles of the 108 form takes 20 minutes each, the remaining 20 is for standing meditation and stretching
